Distribution usually involves the flexural surfaces, particularly the antecubital fossae (inner elbow) and popliteal fossae (inner knee), and the face and neck.

Hypopigmented lichenified plaques of the inner arms.

Flexural eczema with prominent lichenification, fissures, and superficial erosions.

Periorbital erythematous plaques with white scale.

Lichenified erythematous plaques on the neck and chest.

Eczema of the feet and lower extremities with lichenification and scattered fissures.

Hyper- and hypopigmented lichenified plaques on the hands and wrists.
